Fitztown Challenge Blog - Inspiration post

Good morning everyone.  I had colored in one of the many amazing fairy images a couple weeks ago and I loved the colors so much I recreated it for this week's card and then applied it to a very simple black & white card

(sorry for the blurry picture, camera wasn't cooperating :( )

I add some black & white flowers, swirls, black lace and some bling to the flowers center to help make the image pop.

Inky Impressions - Inspiration Post

Happy Wednesday everyone!  For my card today I used Angelica's Heart Socks. Angelica is one of my first stamps purchased at Inky a couple years back and she is still one of my favorites today.  I found these papers in my stash and loved the blues with the pink so I used that as my inspiration for my card.  Added a flower in the corner with a blue brad to add a little flare.

Flutterby Wednesdays - Anything Goes

Another week and another challenge at Flutteryby Wednesday's, this week's challenge is Anything goes as long as you have a fairy or butterfly.  

For my card today I pulled out one of my older Bugaboo images (which says it all) and added my little butterfly to it.  

A Scrapin' Place - Inspiration

My project today is a ornament that can be made rather quickly.  I took 6-2 inch circles, scored the sides so that a little part of them can be bent and then pieced them all together, added in the ribbons on both ends before putting the top & bottom pieces on then embellished with the reindeer die cut.  You can add bling to these or even pictures to add a little personality to them.

Inky Impressions/Flutterby Wednesday - Use brown challenge

Happy Wednesday everyone!    For today's card I used Angelica's Dreamcatcher.  This is not only a great fall image but you can use it any time of the year for just about anything.

I paired her up with some browns & blues as that is a great color combination and I think it works perfect for this time of year.  This card was also created using the new challenge theme at Flutterby Wednesdays which is "Brown".
