Mad For Markers - Going Grey

Happy Saturday everyone!  I am excited to be sharing with you a card created for this week's Mad For Markers Challenge.  The reason I'm excited to be sharing this with you as it's my first post as a member of the Design Team.  I am in a group of some fabulous designers, so when you get a chance go check out the Mad For Markers blog and meet the rest of the team.

The current challenge is GOING GREY...Now I have a little trouble with coloring in people all grey so I just opted to color the stone wall and use that as my focal point :)  This little cutie is from CC Designs.

Happy Friday everyone and welcome to the May blog hop at Sew Many Cards.  Today also marks my very first post as a member of their design team and I can't be any more excited to share my card with you today.  You should have arrived here from Sarah F's blog but if you didn't please go back to the beginning at the challenge blog and start there,

My card today uses the very cute image "Duncan with heart balloon, isn't he adorable??

This little cutie is named Lizzie and she's paining up a cute little sign for someone special.  I kept the layout and embellishments pretty simple on the card but now looking at it, I'm not sure if I like the flowers in the corner....what do you think??

Tiddly Inks - Birthday invitation

It's hard to believe that my baby is turning 4 on the 17th!  Where does the time go??  This year is the first year where we are having some of her friends come and we're going to do a bowling party.  Of course she had to have a "Tangled" theme party too :)  When I decided to created the invites I knew exactly what images I wanted to use and they were from Tiddly Inks.  They are SUPER adorable and Christy was amazing by helping me merge them together as I'm a dumby when it comes to doing much in photoshop :D

I wanted to keep the cards fairly simple as they are going to a bunch of four years olds who will probably end up laying with them, so this is what I came up with:

The images were colored with my copics and all of the papers are from Close to My Heart.  I added some bling to the frame and corners cause what girl doesn't like sparkles?? :)

Claudia & Company - Butterfly Challenge

Today starts a new challenge over at Claudia & Company and it's my turn to host the challenges this month.  For today's challenge I choose BUTTERFLIES.  Who doesn't love butterflies?? :)  Of course I don't have a card for you today with my internet still being stubborn but I do know that the DT has created some fabulous cards to share with you today so head over to the blog and check them out!

Today is a fantastic day at Claudia & Company with the release of two beautiful images by John Grutta!  I don't have any cards to share with you today and it may be a few days has my internet service is pretty sporadic and I'm having issues uploading cards.  I'm hoping this gets solved very quickly as it's rather annoying!!
