Happy Saturday everyone!  Today it's pretty breezy here but we did manage to go out and buy some winter clothes for Abby, that girl is growing like a weed and it seems like her clothes we bought her a couple months ago are already too small :(  We did find some good deals which makes it a little easier.

On to today's card.  For my card today I used one of the newly released images "Hula Girl Lucy" which is being released TODAY!!  For my papers, I used Basic Grey's  "Pryus" and some ribbon from my stash, the sentiment is from Inky Impressions.

Happy Tuesday everyone! Welcome to another challenge at SCRS!  This week's challenge is to create a card using a Recycled item!  My card today uses Rainy Day Ruby (who just happens to be on sale ;)).  I actually have two recycled items on my card, the first one is the two corduroy brads that was removed from a card I received in a swap.  The second item is the strings of beads that once belonged on a bracelet that half of it broke :(

Sparkle Creations Rubber Stamps - June Release blog hop

Hello and Welcome to the first day of previews for the Sparkle Creations Rubber Stamps June release! Sparkle is releasing 2 new images at midnight EST this Saturday, June 11 PLUS Bernice from Karber is releasing exclusively through SCRS, 2 Karber images and sentiments (very cool!). Today we are previewing Cherry Blossom Rin (and a new sentiment, "let us be grateful to those who make our souls blossom")!

Sparkle Creations Rubber Stamps - Favorite Color Challenge

Happy Tuesday everyone!  I am very excited to be sharing with you that starting today I am a guest designer for Sparkle Creations Rubber Stamps!!!  I am so excited to be working with Sparkle and the team because her images are just awesome!!    I have been a fan of her's for a while and a fell in love with the images the first time I saw them.

So on to today's post.  This week's challenge over at SCRS is to use your FAVORITE COLORS.  For my card today I used Swimming Lucy and decided to use some pinks as that is definitely the color I've been going towards lately (my very favorite is purple though).
