Isn't he too cute???

I stumbled upon this image in the beginning of last week and it was then that great things happened. I contacted Jodie over at Bugaboo Stamps to see if she was considering having a design team for her stamps and next thing I know I was on design team call or anything. I have been dieing to create something with him but have been busy doing other things. I did manage to get him colored in the other night and finally was able to put him down on a card.

The layout of the card is from Tuesday Morning Sketches. This is another blog that I just stumbled upon and have truly enjoyed their sketches. Here is the link to the sketch for this week. Also, I want to apologize for the lighting quality of the picture, it's getting pretty late here and I couldn't get a good shot of it.

I have great news to share.....

with all of you. I have been selected to be on the Bugaboo Stamps Design Team. Jodie (the owner) has created some really cute and awesome digi stamps with some of them reminding me of the cartoon character "Maxine". She has stamps that will satisfy any type of customer. We will be showcasing the stamps pretty soon! I am looking forward to working with all of these talented ladies over the next few months.

In the meantime, check out the Bugaboo store. If you're unsure of digital stamps, Jodie offers a really cute freebie here.

Lindsay's Stamp Stuff

I mentioned not too long ago that I made the Lindsay's Stamp Stuff Design Team! Well, TODAY IS THE DAY! It's my first post at one of their DT'ers! This week's project was to use something recycled (clothing, ribbon, buttons, etc.) and to use a digi stamp/item of some kind. Lindsay is having a challenge on her blog to create a project using a recycled item and the winner will get a free stamp. Hurry now you only have until the the 7th!

I've been really wanting to try to make an easel card so i decided to do that for my first project. I used the bingo Card from Love Grows and my recycled item was the ribbon and some scraps I had lying around. Lindsay's Stamp Stuff is also featured on MyGrafico and can be found HERE.

My second project was something quick and easy. I created a little card holder with three matching cards. Not sure what I'll use this for but it was definitely fun to make and gave me a great idea for Valentine's day (you'll have to wait and see for that project). Once again the ribbon and scraps were my recycled items.

I'm looking forward to future LSS DT Projects ! Hope you will check back often and bookmark the site for new sets from LSS and other great designers!

Now hop on over to the other DT members and see what great creations they have made for you today.

Quick and Easy card

I had made inchies using some of the patterned paper from the Greeting farm and didn't really know what to do with them. So last night I sat down with some scrap paper (from The Greeting Farm) and created this very easy card.
