Inky Impressions - Photo Inspiration Challenge

Happy Wednesday everyone and welcome to another challenge at Inky Impressions!! This week the inkettes would love to see what you can create using this photo as your inspiration

and here is my take on the photo

My card today uses "Nickie's birdie" which I just took black ink and stamped it on craft paper (Love this look and definitely need to do this a little more often LOL). The papers are Basic Grey "Pryus" which is also found at the Inky Store...added some inky blooms and inky dinky drops to finish it off.

Welcome to my very first post with Pixie Cottage! I am very excited to be working with Michelle and the rest of the team for the next term. For this week's challenge, the Pixie's would love to see your CHRISTMAS cards and or use the following sketch

For my project today I decided to make a gift tag for Christmas and will actually be making more of these :) My image I used is Playful Penguins (which also happens to be on sale right now ;) )

I stamped the image on craft paper and added a little glitter to the snow and colored in the pom poms with a white gel pen. I really wanted to keep it simple as this will be used on the present for one of Abby's day care friends :)

now onto my project. The image I used is called Blitz and she is simply adorable! I also used Viva Decor's pearl pen to create the pearls on each of the corners and then I used one of their glitter liner to go around the edge of my image.

I've been published!!

OMG I am SO excited that I can barely sit still! I got an email from Crafting Ireland today stating that my card is being published in their online magazine today! You can find the magazine here, my card is on page 31!

Digital Delights - Inspiration

Happy Halloween everyone! I am finally back to normal after having my computer crash over a week ago and then having to reinstall everything back on...ugh that totally sucked! However I'm back and will be posting like normal again :0

Today over on the Digital Delights blog, it's my turn to be in the spotlight :) For my project today I used a couple of items from the Digital Delights store. Fist my ornament card is a template that Wendy offers and can be found here and the reindeer is from the 3D Decopouge line. I didn't do as many layers that is offered but I really like how it turned out. The papers aren't from the store but the Kids Christmas digital papers are very close to the one I used on this project.

Inky Impressions - Anything Goes Challenge

Happy Wednesday everyone! Today's challenge over at Inky Impressions is ANYTHING GOES!! We all know we like to do these one's so I definitely stepped outside my comfort zone for today's project :)

My image today is Mischievous Christopher, the sentiment is "You're Unfrogetable" nd a background image from The Pixie Cottage. I added a charm from Inky, some flowers, twine, glitter and flowersoft. I distressed the frame with distress inks just to give it a little rustic look.

Haunty Halloween blog hop

Welcome to the HAUNTY HALLOWEEN BLOG HOP!!

A bunch of great artists have gathered together today to have a little fun and show their halloween spirit and of course there are prizes LOL

My card today is a kind of a double post. My card was supposed to be posted on Thursday for Digital Delights but my computer decided to crash and I couldn't do it. I then was running out of time to create the card I really wanted to for today so here is my double post LOL Luckily for my computer is back and I didn't lose a single thing (YIPPEEE!!)

Anyway here is my card, it uses the Halloween Pyramage from Digital Delights and these make for a quick card when you are a in a bind :)
