Friday everyone! If you are like me you are enjoying some beautiful
weather but hopefully you can still make some time to join in this week's challenge at Wags n' Whiskers. This week's challenge is New Technique...we'd love to see you try a new technique that you've never done before. I don't remember what this one is called but if you see the two papers behind the image, they are in strips and alternate. I saw this on Splitcoast and thought it would make a great background.
